About the Internship

Human Resources Management is a business department which handles multiple employee-related tasks including hire, selection, training and development, compensation, benefit plans and termination.

Talent Acquisition internship program offers interns to consult candidates' CVs in the position of company's recruiting representative level and experience the actual selection process in the role of interviewer. Interns will experience to design and initiate the real selection process during the program which they will also experience along their own career path.

Responsibilities

-Conduct HR research to analyze current HR trends and job postings of other companies.
- Engage in active recruitment by comparing the candidates' CV and the job descriptions of the job to match each other, revise the CV, and run the interview with the candidate.
- Form professional business networking via LinkedIn to enhance the selection process.
- Write job description by analyzing the job and required KSAOs.
- Establish their own career map with the foundational experiences of entire internship program
